Compatible devices

Alis eSIM requires a device that supports eSIM technology and is carrier-unlocked. Please confirm your device is on this list — or check your device settings — before purchasing. We are unable to issue refunds for plans purchased on incompatible or carrier-locked devices.

How to check your device

iPhone: Settings → General → About — look for "Digital SIM" or two IMEI numbers.

Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs (or Mobile network) — look for an option to "Add eSIM" / "Download a SIM instead".

Carrier-locked devices (often from prepaid plans or certain regions) may not support adding an eSIM, even if the model normally does.
