Terms of Service

By accessing or using Alis eSIM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Alis eSIM provides digital eSIM data plans for international travelers. Plans are delivered electronically via QR code to your registered email address after successful payment.

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase
• One account per person; automated signups are prohibited

• All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise
• Payment is processed at the time of purchase
• Your eSIM QR code is delivered by email after payment confirmation
• You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM technology before purchasing

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. eSIM plans are digital products that are activated immediately upon delivery. Once your QR code has been issued, it cannot be recalled or reissued to another customer.

If you experience a technical issue with your eSIM that is directly attributable to an error on our part (e.g., wrong plan delivered, QR code not received), please contact us at support@alisesim.com and we will investigate.

Connectivity and speed issues are determined by local carrier networks and coverage conditions in each country. We resell plans provided by licensed carriers via eSIMAccess and cannot be held responsible for carrier-side network quality, coverage gaps, or speed limitations. These are outside our control.

It is your responsibility to verify that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before purchasing — see our list of compatible devices. No refunds will be processed if your device is incompatible or carrier-locked. Check your device manufacturer's specifications or contact us before buying if you are unsure.

You may not use the Service to:

• Resell eSIM plans without our written authorization
• Use automated tools to purchase in bulk without consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alis eSIM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including connectivity issues caused by local carrier networks.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
